Common use

The recommended starting dose for children 6 to 23 months is 2.5 mg. In children 12 to 23 months old, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 5 mg a day, given as 2.5 mg every 12 hours. Precautions

Missed dose

If you forgot to take your dose in time, please do it as soon as you remember. But do not take if it is too late or almost time for your next dose. Do not take double or extra doses. Take your usually dose next day in the same regularly time.

Overdose

Symptoms of Zyrtec overdose may include: feeling restless or nervous, and then feeling drowsy. If you experience one of them call your doctor immediately.
